A position as Head Chef/Food and Beverage Manager exists in a small Hotel/ Restaurant complex in Port Vila, Vanuatu. This is a hands-on Chef's position with duties extending to stock, staff and menu management and training. It is also envisaged that the successful applicant will assist with guest relations. A minimum of 2 years as a Head Chef in a similar sized establishment is essential.
Lunch and dinner service in our 50 seat restaurant / bar currently operating 5 days a week is required as well as ordering supplies and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout. Single accommodation on site with meals, laundry service, internet, work permit (if required), included in salary package. Salary will depend on relevant experience.
