They provide consultancy and software to the market research industry, empowering businesses in over fifty countries. They are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their newly formed Auckland office and help drive this organisation into the future.
The Position: This Business Development Manager role will see you professionally selling a sophisticated automated reporting solution to a broad range of market research organisations. You will be managing every aspect of the sales process from initial contact through to job completion and on-going client management. You will be expected to gain a thorough understanding of your client’s objectives and growth plans so that you can effectively manage their expectations.
Skills and experience required: • Experience working within the Market Research industry is essential • Demonstrated sales ability and full knowledge of the sales process • Able to work well as part of a team and autonomously • Excellent client, time, people and self management skills • Strong communication and organisational skills • Excellent presentation skills and ability to keep promises
