The successful candidate must be from the Pacific Islands and be willing to travel to work in Papua New Guinea. The incumbent must be a proven sales person with leadership attributes who is knowledgeable about GSM mobiles phones, and VAS products. They will be responsible for leading a sales team and achieving sales targets monthly.
The Regional Sales Team Leader at bemobile is responsible for: • Dealer Channel in a designated area (ensure stock on hand, marketing/branding updates, sales reports from stores/retail partners). • EVD (Electronic Top Up Distribution) sign distributors, maintain dealer channel to ensure availability of product. • Manage sales “road shows” (mobile sales teams) to ensure constant presence and availability of product. • Stock & Cash Reconciliation / Reporting / Management – daily management of all stock and cash within the teams. • Manage and plan for road show and sales budgets – manage activities to budget, plan for cash requirements. • Stock Reporting – Ensure visibility to distribution team of stock on hand and sales run rates. • Develop corporate sales opportunities – feed corporate sales channel by building leads and pipeline • Customer Service Guru – using phone know how assist any/all customers to get the most of their bemobile phones. • Daily Staff management – manage and track the staff movements and timeliness (HRS Worked, Sick, Vacation, etc).
Successful candidates will have: Experience with mobile phone sales Extensive sales experience Ability to lead and manage a team No issues travelling PNG
