Position: Food & Beverage Manager
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES MANAGER Reports to: Executive Assistant Manager Purpose: As a Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Food & Beverage Manager would also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will work with your supervisors to Ensure "Absolute Guest Satisfaction" by being 'hands on' and present during all services, visiting tables and speaking with guests.
• Coach and encourage F&B Service Team to aim and achieve professional F&B service excellence. • Conduct "Hands On" training and development of the F&B Service Team. • Review and improve procedures and systems of all facets of the Restaurants, Bar & Function operations. • Manage inventory stock and inventory control and beverage cost control. • F&B Administrative tasks
Key Skills and Requirements: • Min. 5 years experience in a supervisory role in the F&B/Culinary daily operations • Proven experience in guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. • Very detail oriented • Ease with Microsoft software, knowledge in POS a plus. • Ability to lead a small team with a hands on approach • Ability to multi task in order to meet guest and management needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, spoken and written English is essential • Ability to work with other nationalities and understands the importance of respecting their culture • Demonstrate an energetic and enthusiastic approach to motivation by leading by example
