A newly established boutique resort in Vanuatu with 5 luxurious villas and 2 holiday homes is looking for an experienced chef to head up operations in our kitchen. You will need to be independant, organised, willing to work block periods, live on site (remote) and fast. Remuneration will be based on experience and skills. We pride ourselves on using local produce and our menu reflects this. We generally cater for 10 in house guests, however we do host weddings and group events, with a maximum of 50 pax, so you should be able to organise a kitchen for events.
