Job Description:
Amanaki Hotel is a boutique, family-owned hotel located in Apia, Samoa and has been operating since 2010. We are seeking a Front Office Duty Manager.
This position requires someone who is meticulous, highly organised and able to multitask. It is a hands-on job and you will need to be active and able to work in a fast paced environment, able to work independently. Productivity is extremely important and you will most likely be working Night Shift.
You must have good work ethics, proficient in English (Written and Oral), passionate about customer service. You will need to have proven leadership skills, able to train front office staff, problem solve and deal with guest complaints or requests.
It is imperative that you have had previous experience in working in the front office department of a hotel and knowledge of using reservation systems.
You must have valid passport, clean bill of health and clean police record to apply.
Successful applicant will be contracted to a minimum 18 months and be able to commence work immediately or depending on permit processing.
