Salary: On Application
An experienced chef (Executive, Head, or Sous) to manage the operations in our kitchen, min of 5 years experience.
You will need to be independent, organised, willing to work block periods, live on site and fast. Remuneration will be based on experience and skills. Skills with Lebanese, Pacific and or Japanese (we looking for multi skills cooking outside of just Western food). However, must have high level skill instead of cooking few dishes - experience and knowledge.
After building a reputation Multi Complex as one of best bars and restaurant (Tourism award 2017 & 2018) and now our new Dinner Theatre.
Currently, we are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 1am, and Saturday 9am – 12 midnight - which is divided into two main shifts. This role involves a 6 day work week, with a Saturday shift.
You will have a minimum of 5 years' kitchen experience in your CV. We are open to taking someone with a wide range of experiences.
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment, and have a passion for a career in the industry.
You will enjoy creating new recipes and have a passion for putting out beautiful plates. We are looking for someone to help take our business to the next level with food! We are well know for our beverages, especially cocktails.
Your role will be varied, and will offer room to grow, as we are always looking ahead for growth. Also to assist with establishment of the kitchens, menus and style of different dining at the new accommodation in Tiavi, Samoa.
We pride ourselves on using local produce and our menu reflects this.
We generally cater for 100 plus guests, however we do host weddings and group events, with a maximum of 300 pax, so you should be able to organise a kitchen for events.
