A Rarotonga based Financial firm is looking for a Back Office Administrator to handle the day to day duties in the Back Office Department. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing client deposits and withdrawals as per Company’s policy; Ensure that deposits, withdrawals and transactions pending are organized in order of priority, most often by time received, and processed in a timely manner; KYC checks ; Swift copies and CC Refunds; Inform clients by email when additional information/documentation is required for processing a pending transaction; Respond to client emails, provide Live chat support and handle client requests with efficiency; Identify potentially unusual, suspicious or fraudulent transactions and refer these to the Compliance department; Organize document translations in English when necessary; General Administrative duties;
CANDIDATE PROFILE: Excellent Customer Service Skills; Familiarity with payment methods; Familiarity with the Financial markets will be an advantage; Experience with KYC and AML procedures; Attention to detail & high level of accuracy; Good verbal and communication skills
